I finally watched the show. CSPAN had asked us to provide the slide deck so that they could interweave them with the camera shot but apparently they never got around to that. Not a big problem because the slides, from my perspective as speaker, exist primarily to guide my delivery so I don’t wander or get stuck. I think the illustrations showed up nicely but the data visualizations were somewhat bleached out because it was a camera shooting a TV — suboptimal at best.

I was pretty happy with my delivery, since that was my first time with that slide deck. Felt I did the questions well, even though I made the mistake in my first answer by saying “China” went I meant India — a misspeak I corrected within the next minute but I was not happy to catch it. I have made that mistake before.
